Terms of Service & Booking Policies
Welcome to Sang Spa. We are deeply honored to host you across our Ubud, Tropical, and Healing Retreat sanctuaries. To guarantee a tranquil, seamless experience for you and our other esteemed guests, please carefully review our comprehensive booking and cancellation terms below. By securing a reservation, you constitute your explicit acknowledgment and binding agreement to these policies.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Protocol
At Sang Spa, we highly value both your time and the dedicated schedules of our professional therapists. To maintain the integrity of our booking system, the following terms apply:
- Grace Period (Free Cancellation): Cancellations or requests for rescheduling may be executed free of charge, provided they are formally submitted at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Late Cancellation: Any cancellation or modification made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a penalty equivalent to 50% (fifty percent) of the total reserved service value.
- No-Show Status: Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior formal notification will be classified as a “No-Show.” In such instances, 100% (one hundred percent) of the total service value will be charged.
2. Arrival & Punctuality
- Check-In: We cordially request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This allows adequate time for registration, a brief consultation, and pre-treatment relaxation.
- Tardy Arrivals: In the event of a delayed arrival, your treatment duration will be proportionally condensed to avoid disrupting the schedules of subsequent guests. Please be advised that the full standard service fee will remain strictly applicable.
3. Authorized Communication Channels
All requests regarding cancellations, rescheduling, or policy inquiries are only legally recognized when initiated through our official communication channels:

4. Financial & Refund Protocol
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed and disbursed within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days following written confirmation from Sang Spa management via the authorized channels outlined in Section 3.
- Administrative & Institutional Fees: Any financial levies, including but not limited to wire transfer costs, currency exchange margins, or third-party processing fees, are the sole responsibility of the guest and shall be deducted directly from the principal refund amount.
- Disbursement Method: Refunds will exclusively be remitted via bank transfer to a verified bank account designated by the guest.
- Waiver of Dispute Rights: For transactions processed through partnered third-party platforms, the guest expressly agrees to waive the right to initiate unwarranted chargebacks, disputes, or transaction contestations through said platforms.
- Amicable Resolution: All grievances or financial discrepancies must first be directed to Sang Spa management in good faith, allowing us the opportunity to achieve a fair and amicable resolution.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond reasonable human control—including but not limited to certified medical emergencies, severe natural disasters, or unexpected governmental mandates—Sang Spa reserves the discretionary right to review, waive, or adjust standard cancellation penalties. Guests seeking exemption under Force Majeure must provide valid, official supporting documentation for management’s consideration.
Sang Spa reserves the unilateral right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The prevailing policies at the exact time of your booking confirmation shall definitively govern your reservation. Should you require any clarification, please consult our front desk personnel.
