We recommend arriving at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you to check in comfortably, enjoy a moment of relaxation, and prepare your body and mind for a truly holistic experience.

Yes, absolutely. Your comfort is our priority. You are welcome to request a male or female therapist, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

You don’t need to bring much—just yourself and a relaxed mindset. We provide all essential amenities, including towels, robes, and spa products. If you have any personal preferences or specific needs, feel free to inform our team in advance.

For most treatments, you will be provided with disposable underwear or a robe, depending on the therapy. Our therapists are professionally trained to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. You may undress to your level of comfort.

Tipping is not mandatory, but it is always appreciated as a gesture of gratitude for excellent service. If you feel satisfied with your experience, you are welcome to offer a tip at your discretion.
