By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Sang Spa)
At Sang Spa, we value your time and the time of our therapists. By making a reservation, you are deemed to have agreed to the following policies:
1. Cancellation Deadlines
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling can be made free of charge if done at least 24 (twenty-four) hours before the scheduled service time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the schedule will be charged a fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the total service price ordered.
- No-Show: Customers who do not show up without prior notice are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% (one hundred percent) of the total service price.
2. Late Arrival
- We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for administrative processes and a brief relaxation before the treatment begins.
- If a customer arrives late:
- The treatment duration may be adjusted without reducing the service price.
- This is done to maintain the schedule of other customers.
3. How to Cancel
Cancellations or rescheduling are only considered valid if done through our official communication channels:

4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days after the customer confirms through Sang Spa’s official communication channels as mentioned in point 3.
- All forms of administrative fees, including but not limited to transfer fees and/or third-party fees, will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- Refunds will be made via bank transfer to the customer’s account that has been registered and informed to Sang Spa.
- If a customer makes a payment through a third-party platform partnered with Sang Spa, the customer is not permitted to initiate a dispute, chargeback, or any other form of transaction contestation through that platform for the transaction made.
- All payment-related issues must first be reported to Sang Spa through official communication channels to be resolved through deliberation.
5. Force Majeure
In certain conditions beyond control, such as medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other extraordinary events, Sang Spa reserves the right to:
- Review and/or adjust this policy.
- Request relevant supporting documents as a basis for consideration.
