If you have booked one of our ‘Sang Spa Journeys’—a package lasting 3 to 5 hours—you are in for a treat. However, preparation is key to getting the most out of it. We recommend eating a light meal an hour before arrival; you don’t want to be too full or too hungry.
Hydration is crucial. While we provide herbal teas, ensure you have drunk water beforehand. Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in, fill out your consultation form, and start the process of slowing down.
Most importantly, communicate. If the pressure is too hard, the music too loud, or the room too cold, tell your therapist immediately. This is your time, and we want it to be perfect for you.
